Atmosphere and very nice rooms - especially small cozy bedroom with beautiful view over the sea. The swimming pool is small but enjoyable. The staff consists of one person - not very interested with guests but gentle enough :)
It is extremely hard to find the place, cause the hotel is missing any serious banner. Since the rooms are situated quite high and there are lots of stairs to climb - it would be nice if the staff helped... But guess for this price it would be too much to wish for?

Upon arrival, we were warmly received by Michalis, the friendly receptionist, who greeted us with delicious cookies and a bottle of wine. It made us feel truly welcomed and special.
Although the apartment had a simple decor, it was immaculate and well-maintained. The air conditioning was working perfectly, which was essential during our stay, especially during the heatwave.

Sea view of some areas of the hotel
The deception of its location! In the booking site it s adress was Agios Nicolaos, Agios Nicolaos. But it is NOT in Agios Nicolaos!! IT is Havania and not even a walking distances to Ag. Nicolaos. you must take a taxi or wait for a long time for a bus. Another thing is the facilities: There is no saop in the toilet! Not even after we asked for one, the reception man would not give us one! Third was the baby cot we requested in advance, the hotel confirmed but when we arrived, they said they don't! So our little one had to sleep in a very un safe single bed. Too much went wrong there all because of the reception man who was un willing to give a reasonable service.

Quaint architecture and cozy rooms here. Super convenient location, just a hop away from downtown. Also, only 7€ for a beach umbrella 🏖️.

Set in a quiet location away from town noise with beautiful views in spacious clean comfortable rooms.
Our only complaint is with booking .com who mislead us into booking 2 apartments when one would have done with a double bed in bedroom and 2 more singles in other room so we wasted money on extra accommodation which we are not happy about. We specifically stated our requirements and also were emailed by you trying to get us to pay extra for an upgrade we never needed. I will be contacting abta about this unless Booked.net offer some kind of compensation to cover extra costs incurred.

We spent there 2 nights of our Creta tour from 21st to 22th july 2012. The apartament was simply, large, clean, in good and calm position a large balcony with sea view, an good equiped kitchenette, air conditioned whth a little extracharge. Enougth space for holydays. George the manager is a very nice person and speaks different languages (italian too). We raccomand a lot this stucture. We used as base for visit Agio Nikolaus/Spinalonga Island/Sitia/Palikastro.

I absolutely loved the hotel's decoration, especially the beautiful floral accents throughout the common areas. It added such a lovely touch of elegance and warmth. The hotel was easily accessible for senior people like myself, with spacious hallways and ramps that made it easy to navigate with a walker or cane.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there. It would have been nice to have someone available to help with carrying luggage or providing extra support when needed.
